01 / THE FULL EXPERIENCE

How The Hiring Room works.

FACILITATED TEAM GAME / 90 TO 120 MINUTES

A high-stakes hiring decision with incomplete information.

Each team steps into a company context with one candidate and a real business need. The information is deliberately incomplete. Teams decide which evidence to reveal, which signals to leave unopened, and when they know enough to decide.

After the hire/no-hire call, teams defend the decision and compare their paths. The debrief examines not only the outcome, but also how evidence quality, sequence and group dynamics shaped confidence and consensus.

This page is a five-minute individual preview. In the live workshop, physical game tokens represent the limited information budget. Here, you simply reveal three signals. There is no payment or digital credit.
